A lot of love and care has gone into developing CaseyUp products and we are so confident that you'll love them that we are offering a 14-day Money Back Guarantee with no questions asked.

If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, please send us an email to support@caseyup.com or Fill in the form here and include your order number .

Please allow 2-3 working days for us to review your claim. If your claim is approved, we will provide you with a RA number along with our return shipping address. The customer will be responsible for the return shipping fee and also a 25% admin fee which will be deducted from the refund total

Terms & Conditions

• Your claim must be lodged within 14 days from your purchase date.

• Our Money Back Guarantee doesn't apply to any products bought during a sale period or where a discount/promotional code has been used.

• The customer is only able to make a claim once and it must be their first order on www.caseyup.com. If you have previously bought from us, unfortunately you aren't eligible to lodge a money back claim.
